I think the right decision has been made for now. to be fair the site isnt really in need of so many moderators at the moment. when the usage increases the admins can take time selecting those trustworthy enough of moderating. and if there is a hacker, hopefully they'll get bored and leave

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if there is a hacker, the admins can easily tell when they see the moderation logs because the IP is logged with each action aswell. Razz

yes, but these types of forums do not have moderation logs that work like that...

forumotion is far different from the average forum

yes, i'm sure...
the only thing that comes close is "report post management"
and that is used for reporting peoples posts if they have done something against the rules

i have looked into moderation logs on the FAQ also, but have found nothing

I'm 100% positive. These forum's are run using phpbb, correct? If so, check my thread: it says I only edited it once, and I stated as to what the edit was. The title it has now is what it was originally was. it would've stated under the sig that I edited the name of the title of the thread.

Mod edits go undetected by normal forumgoers, so...
